It’s a “win-win” Program
American Fence Rental’s Buyback Program allows you to return leftover/unneeded temp fence panels for up to 75% of your original purchase! Since you’re not obligated to keep fence panels after the job’s done, we’ll gladly accept panels sold within the last 24 months (plus any panels you’ve purchased from competitors in the past), provided they’re in good, usable condition.
Our ‘Buyback’ program does come with a few stipulations, which we clearly mark out for you here, so there are no surprises. Our terms on this program are as follows:
- Our offer is to give you up to 75% of the original purchase price of the panel
- You are responsible for loading and shipping the panels and all costs involved (including freight costs). American Fence Rental can assist with coordinating freight, but you’re still responsible for freight costs.
- The panels must be neatly packed and stacked for easy unloading and inspection.
- Panels sold by American Fence Rental must have been purchased within the last 24 months to qualify for this program. However, we also accept temp panels sold by other companies, provided they’re in usable condition.
- The panels must be in good condition (straight, square, and reusable). This applies to the panels’ feet and clamps, as well. Any costs involving missing/damaged panels will be deducted from your refund.
- American Fence Rental will provide photos of missing/damaged panels upon request.
- Your refund will be processed once we’ve received the panels at our facility and everything is reviewed for condition.
- Refunds can be held on account or issued by check.
