The new hotel in downtown Sioux City will consist of 150 rooms and be five stories tall. It will have some event space of its own with a 7,500 square foot ballroom that will be a fine option for upscale events like charity auctions and wedding receptions.

The new, larger events will draw in more out-of-town traffic that will have the convenience of booking a room right next door. With the draw of more people to more events, the goal of this project is to ultimately feed more money into Sioux City’s economy. Not only was it important for Sioux City to get more venue space, but there was also a need for more lodging to accommodate this new traffic.
